Abstract At present, research on hydraulic mounts has mainly focused the prediction of dynamic stiffness and loss angle. Compared to traditional finite element analysis method, programming method can be used analyze for a rapid accurate understanding influence different mounting parameters The aims this study were investigate nonlinear characteristics mount, identify that affect angle using MATLAB software programs obtain curves parameters, so as use suitable basis vibration analysis. A mechanical model mount was established according basic principles fluid dynamics. dimensionless expression proposed. numerical calculation performance evaluation index derived. one-to-one correspondence between structural peak frequency index. accuracy applicability verified by test results. results demonstrated vehicle driving comfort greatly improved optimization parameters.
